Why Staging Matters
Professionally staged homes sell for 5–15% more than non-staged homes and spend significantly less time on the market. In the luxury segment, where buyers have high expectations and abundant choices, staging is not optional — it is essential.
The Psychology of Buying: Buyers make their decision emotionally and justify it logically. Staging creates the emotional response that moves buyers from "interested" to "I have to have this."
